Yipee! Ty is home! Let the work begin...

Well, here are the pictures from this week. Tyrel is home and what a joy it has been. The pictures all go back to the night of the 27th when he arrived home from his mission from the Ukraine. Of coarse it started off bad by his plane arriving home 20 minutes early and having no one at the airport to great him. We all arrived and were standing there when he walks out of the bathroom with everyone's back to him. Here are the things we have accomplished the past few days. First thing the 1st day home was to get a current driver's license. He has already taken the shell off of the Chev and has his tools in place. Wes Morris has plenty of work and has already stopped by to give him his work list and schedule for Monday. I am pretty happy to have #2 Son home....
Day 2, we cut down a tree that has bothered Elborn Hewett the past 10 years, we also rented a sod cutter and removed the sod from both the side of the house and the side of the shop in preparation for for gravel to park the trailer on. We hauled the Sod to Phil and Tena for their yard, Tessa also hauled a quarter truck load to their home. Not pictured here is Blake, he spent about 7 hours working with us on all of these projects. Blake and I went to the dumps and he held up his end of the work. I am proud of all my kids (and spouses) and how good of workers they are.
Yes, the welder is up and running. Ty, cut rebar and welded washers on the ends for staking down the gravel frame work.
We dusted off and pulled out the tool box, parked the snowmobiles put the cycles on the trailer.
The future home of gravel and the snowmobile parking.
Can't forget the woman who makes it all happen and me want to work hard.
The kids the next morning having dinner together. We had the standard breakfast together this morning. Nice look Dillon did you pick that up from J.D.??
Blake at his track meet this week he is competing in the long jump, high jump, and100 and 200 meter races. He is in very good shape, I understand his dad loves him a lot and works him even harder keeping him is shape.
Terri took some great shots!!
Rebounding on the long jump.
Pics from then airport. Here are the Christensen and Morris families.

J.D. and Ashlynn - (I hope some day Ashlynn will have her husband sent to some off-site training and rehab program). Seriously, I am struggling with the fact that they will be leaving soon after the baby is born law school back east.

Our Boy!!
Ty and Phil.... Phil was concerned that we had to come to the airport and see Ty come out of the bathroom and questioned whether Ty was actually on the plane or not.
Cody, Dillon, Kristina. Blake, Grayson, and Tyrel.
Francine giving Ty a hug.. Wes gave the profession hand shake. No squeezing and hugging here.
Ty and Grandpa Dye.
The airport was empty except our group.
Tyrel asking me as I walked in as to were I had been.

We left from here and met with the Stake Presidency. Tyrel was released and we went home. We lost power for about an hour so we all stood around in Ty's room and watched him unpack. In bed by about midnight.

Yeah, but I am still looking at him and have been for the past 4.5 days. We have had a lot of fun (working)due to the bad weather. To real work begins.

Dad, I think you should give Ty some privacy (after looking at him for 4.5 days)! :) It is great to have him home. I get to brag that I set him up on his first date(s)!

Nope, no privacy. I want a picture of the first date and I want it now! I need to know who he is staying out until 2 a.m. with. I have asked for a back ground check as well as a resume.
