The Wonderful Memorial Weekend 2011
This is the camping spot. It may be our last year to this spot the ruts are so bad and the getting out was pretty poor. The kids as well as myself agree this was the best week ever!!
Here is a pic of our camp this was towards the end of the week when everyone had arrived.
Tyrel and I headed out Monday morning and we had camp set up by 1:00 p.m. It stormed starting about 5 p.m. and rained until about noon on Tuesday. It made for perfect riding weather. Our schedule was to have fun and boy did we. We would charge the batteries every night by watching a movie. G-Pa and G-Ma Dye came up Tuesday afternoon and they enjoyed the same pleasures we did.
Ty took this pic of me after he worked on setting up the TV so that we had good stereo.
LaNae made dinner both nights and I made our famous Costa Rica breakfast.
Enjoying one of many nights by the fire. Ty and I were up here for a full week. I hope it won't be the last one. I know he wishes Alyona was here with us. Hopefully not much longer.
This doe came by camp each morning. What a beautiful sight it was this morning.
Thursday Terri came with the kids as well as J.D., Ashlynn, and Madison. Thursday night the Anderson clan and the Jason Dye clan joined us.
Kristina, and the kids enjoyed a few days with us.
Lucy and Grayson enjoyed many moments together.
We invited the spastic boys from the homeless shelter to spend a night with us..
Mahonna! I sure love her!
The boys out on a ride. We needed another set of wheels so Ty and I went to I.F. and bought another ride that truly paid off. (It's the blue one . C Dawg it is a 350 Grizzly 4X4 Yamaha 08 19 mi. Brand new.. from your old stomping ground.
Tyrel giving the 350 it's break in time.
Dillon stikin it in the snow. He needed to park it for this pick.
On top of the world with the boys... It was fun. Miss the Grays though..
Phil went with us and wants to upgrade!
It was a great ride with good family!
Grayson - copping a tude!
A moment around the fire.
What should we do?
Lucy enjoying the day.
Madison - It was good to have JD and Ash with us on this trip.
Brody and Madison - Sharing a look.
Dad and daughter sharing a moment.
Blake on one of the many squirrel hunting trips this week.
Lovely family, lovely ride and lovely day!

Girls day out! Game time! Jess don't you miss this? (No you don't. Mom was probably cheating.)
Ty and J.D. out on the water in Jason's canoe. It was one of the deepest river years I can ever remember.
G-Pa and P-Ma in their new Razor ride. It is a fun little 800cc machine. Too bad Tyrel! G-pa let everyone drive but him. I don't blame him. Neither did anyone else even Tena teased Ty about it.
One of 3 trips to get wood. Normally, it takes longer. Not today with these boys.. by the time we got the truck to the area they had hauled enough wood down for a truck load. We burned 4 full truck loads of wood this year. Long wonderful week, we even forgot what day it was.
The wood cutting crew. What a bunch of girlie boys.
Blake in his riding gear.
Dillon.
Ethan target practicing.
Lola and Lucy.
Tessa and Samuel.
Ash and Madison.
Mahonna and... I am not sure and can't see this small pic.
Nights around the camp fire are the best!

Arts favorite annual breakfast. Roadkill.
Yes, we had our share of snow storms Sunday and Monday. We had to leave the trailers and come home without them.
Enjoying a Sunday afternoon by the fire. It was snowing, but it cleared off for a another nice night.
This was our Sunday meeting. Ter,Tena, and Art.
Everyone sitting around enjoying the stories. Mom was reading what Jess had sent in.
Listening to G-Pa share his experiences.
Sunday night was good. Grandpa finished up, memories..... Later. I took 199 pics, Mom took over 140 pics on this trip.
